The lost sea is a body of water inside of a mountain. We took a little boat ride at the end of the hike down to the sea. The sea is full of rainbow trout. There is no way in or out for them...so they stock the lake and the fish are fed. They get pretty big that way!
Once you hike down to the sea, the only way out is to hike back up....
